Questions we get asked a lot
How does the free trial work?
Once you sign up you get free access to Invoxy for 14 days. During the trial you can access all features. You don’t need to enter a credit card to start your trial.
You can choose to subscribe and enter payment details at any point during or after your trial and all data entered during the trial period will be retained.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Invoxy is a month to month subscription that you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. We do offer annual contracts for enterprise clients. Contact us for details.
What is a placement?
In Invoxy, a placement is a job or assignment that has been successfully filled.
For contract and labour hire roles each placement has a client and billing rate and a defined start and end date.
A permanent role generates a one-off placement in Invoxy on the day the position is filled.
How is my monthly price calculated?
Payment is in arrears and is charged on the first of each month based on the number of placements that were active during the previous calendar month. A contract or labour hire placement is considered active between the start and end date of a contract. For permanent roles a one-off placement charge is generated based on the date the permanent placement is made.
Your first payment will be on the first of the month following the date that you subscribe and will be pro-rated.
Is my payment safe and secure?
We take data security very seriously and have partnered with Payment Express to securely handle credit card information and payments. Payment Express is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of payment security accreditation available.
